Refund and Returns

Overview

Unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.

In case you want to return the item, please contact us via email and we will guide you how to do so.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an approval email. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied automatically to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

In any case you didn’t get your refund please contact us and we will be happy to make sure you get the refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse – the relevant information will be given to you via an email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
